Why would they surrender? Russia tried to take the whole country and massively failed. Now oils prices have fallen and Europe(including the Turks) are rearming. Ukraine, Poland, Finland, Sweden, Germany, Japan, South Korea, Australia, etc will have nuclear weapons systems within a year. Russia will be contained and destroyed. Love the low oil price!
