The article also mentions that they are ending funding for Head Start. That’s really unfortunate. It is a great program for lower income kids.

This sucks big time. I’ve done consulting with a few Head Start programs, as well as other Early Childhood programs, and I honestly couldn’t think of a better use of my tax dollars than supporting Head Start. Head Start is wonderful for the kids, for their parents, and for our communities.
