DC mayor and staff take first class to Dubai on tax payer but Bowser hides hers?

Why would Bowser hide her expense and it was paid by Qatar where as her staff had the DC tax payers pay for first class tickets on qatar airways. This is on top to expensive hotel. Why are we putting up with this

This is confusing. The letter states she flew to Doha (which makes sense, she met with the Qatar government, and they paid for it), so what does this have to do with going to Dubai, an entirely different country?

Then it states "first class" but Qatar airways only offers business class. They don't have a first class. Now if she flew Emirates to Dubai, they do indeed offer first class on their flight from Washington...

No DC govt official should fly business or first class. It should be economy or self pay the difference.

What's up with these local govt officials that like to spend govt money of foreign travel. I mean you got the governor of California going to Africa multiple times, fany willos da of Atlanta going to the Caribbean and then the DC mayor going to Qatar? They have no business leaving the country for tax funded travel.

"DC Mayor asking Qatar to sign a donation agreement two years after it paid for her visit"

"The Mayor's Office said the trip was covered by DC's Chamber of Commerce which wasn't true and then it said it was paid by the U.S. Conference of Mayors which was also not true."
