I really enjoy travelling and now that the kids are a bit older, I'd like to get back to it. However, I hate the planning of it. It gives me an abnormal amount of anxiety. Where can I go and find various packaged vacations that include flights, transfers, hotels, (I can deal with where to go and what to do when we get there, but maybe one or two included excursions wouldn't hurt), etc. I'm not fixated on any place or any time. It can be islands, Europe, US, cruises, whatever. I would just love to browse and see a price and an itinerary. I'm obviously looking for some great deals as well, so a place that can provide deals would be great as well. Do people still use travel agents? Costco? AAA? Somewhere else? And suggestions? Thank you. |
Costco has good options. Read the reviews to know what you are getting. |
Once you have narrowed down where you want to go, I have had multiple good experiences with Zicasso. They match you with local travel agents who can do all the work for you, and are also nearby if something goes sideways. |
This sounds great. Thanks for that info. |
Thanks. This is where I was browsing when I thought I should post the question. |
Just an FYI, if you are looking for nicer stuff, generally the packages aren't better deals than booking stuff separately. Not the case all the time, but generally true.
Still definitely makes sense for someone like OP who doesn't enjoy the planning/logistics parts. |
