Halloween

How does your public school handle Halloween? Do kids have a party? Do they get dressed up and walk around the school? I have a kindergartner, so just wondering what to expect.

Ours has a fall festival on a Friday night as PTA fundraiser. Kids wear costumes then. Usually a very big turnout. Only rule is no masks.

Ours has Dress As Your Favorite Book Character day. No masks and no toy weapons.
