Anyone work with or know Pete Marocco?

Have any of you actually worked with Pete Marocco?

He's the guy who was empowered to dismantle USAID and start cuts at State. (He was also a January 6th-er.)

If you know him directly, I'm curious what your experience was or has been.

He went from one federal agency after another during Trump's first term (State CSO, USAID CPS, Commerce, DOD). I know was pushed out of USAID the first go around, but I'm not sure about the others. I know some political appointees get moved around.

But he doesn't seem like the useful idiot type (hi, Karoline Leavitt!). He got his M.A. at Oxford. He's clearly competent and calculating.

I know many of us have opinions of him, but I'd like to hear from people with direct experience.
