Kaiser psychiatrist recommendation?

Any recommendations for Kaiser psychiatrists in Northern VA? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I am patient of Dr Timothy Sitts. He's calm, explains things thoroughly. I tried several different drugs before finding one that had tolerable side effects. I didn't get the sense that he was pushing me to use one drug or another, just tried to find the right one. He recommends common sense diet and exercise modifications, too, for things like insomnia.

This is the kind of doctor I like. I'm not sure what you are looking for in one, but he suits me perfectly. We do most of our communication through email.

He's based out of the Merrifield office.
