This is a poorly written article and comes from a speech he delivered a while ago. Obama does come across as a smug captain obvious who himself has limited courage, and of course anyone with the last name of Bush or Clinton won’t do a ton to push an effective, engaging movement against the current terror. Nor will Biden, nor Harris, nor Kinzinger, nor Cheney. And these are people who are well-insulated through wealth and power against harm.
