Middlebury College Languages Program Advantage vs. other slac's

Does anyone have any info on how Middlebury compares in its language programs with other SLAC's?
DC is fluent in English plus 2 other languages (State Dept. Certified). She wants to continue and will do best at a slac. Middlebury is affiliated with the Monterrey Institute, but Middlebury's undergrad offerings don't seem to be any different from Williams, Amherst, etc. (accidentally posted in wrong forum earlier.)
