Sibling discount

I heard that starting from 2025, colleges don’t consider sibling discount anymore. Really can’t believe who made this ridiculous change. How come there is no difference between paying for one college kid and two or even three?

To plan for mine, I really want to know whether it is true. Anyone has real experience this year? No difference at all? Any discount if siblings go to same school? How about one in graduate school and one in under? Please share whatever you met.
