You can hear the players talking loudly on the field, which is cool to listen too. It is a no-stress experience. Parking is easy, no lines for food/ drinks...no crowds to deal with. Low ticket prices. Impressive talents.
They just need to stick it out and build the league for a few years. Maybe it will grow on people? I am glad USL has a top women's league...not sure if they can continue to play at Audi field as I understand that is one of the nicer venues for the teams to play in.
When the Power was announced as joining the USL-Super League, I thought it was interesting that they were playing at Audi Field, also home of the Spirit. Wonder if they are paying the same rent? Audi Field is fair superior than than if they would head out to the Loudoun United site in Leesburg.
Will have to try to make it to a match. USL-W season starts in a few weeks and those can be fun as well.
