| Why do students' SCO accounts have donation requests for items in which they do not participate or attend? For ex, donate to school's theater program. We haven't seen this program on our accounts but heard another parent bring it up; have seen other items listed on ours though. Nice if people want to donate but why in accounts of students who aren't in those programs? |
| I think it's just published to the whole student body, because triaging by interest would be really tough. Besides, I might donate to something a kid's friend was in, for example. No harm no foul - you can just ignore it. |
| Do you not know how donations work? |
My goodness! Seriously?? |
| Another money grab. Stop using online payments, send your kid to school with a check. |
| If it's for music program as the example, people will buy baked goods that are sold on day of performances or music t-shirts or other merchandise that will be used for that music department which obviously needs $$ to run a wonderful program. |
| It probably just got published to everyone. I would just ignore it. Maybe there are some parents that aren’t in the program that want to contribute to it. There’s gotta be an easy way to do it and School cash online just makes it easy. |
Yep |
| There has to be a better way to spend your time than complaining about every little thing |
