The value of political humour right now

You know it’s sweet justice when Canadian comedian Mike Myers hits a nerve impersonating Musk. The best part is how Mike Myers and Dana Carvey of Wayne’s World ate reuniting over the Trump/Musk craziness.

For the record, Wayne’s World was based on a Scarborough neighbourhood in the Greater Toronto Area.

Humour really helps these days.

Okay, I laughed at Trump explaining his tariff formula. That was pretty great.

Haha… the tariff formula was the best.

I found this with muck and a song from "The Producers.". I laughed and hope it gives a few chuckles to others.

I was thinking about all of the editorial cartoons we analyzed many years ago in AP US history and how powerful they were - I still remember some of them. I’ve seen a few current ones on social media but wish there were more.

Every morning, I wake up with my tea and a tour of the previous night's late night comedy circuit: Colbert, Kimmel, Meyers.

I HIGHLY recommend it. It eases you into the day, which you know is going to be crazier than the day before.

I would love someone to post something funny

I am the OP who started the thread. We have a show in Canada called This hours has 22Minutes, which is steeped in political satire. It has been running a series of skits devoted to Trump and Canada. Here is the latest one on “Liberation Day”.
