Rent some chickens. Your neighbors will love you! …As long as you share the eggs.

Aren’t baby potatoes as expensive ?
They should come up with something cheaper.

Potatoes are simple to grow, even in containers.

The store brand eggs have settled at $5.98/dozen.

But I keep finding Egg Lands Best Cage Free for so much less. I just paid $3.88 for a dozen, right next to the store brand.

I don't get it, but I'm not complaining.

Same. I scored an 18 pack of Egglands Best Cage Free for $4.67 at either Giant or Safeway last week. A dozen cage free eggs at Aldi is $4.95 and a dozen regular eggs is $5.49. No clue why the brown cage free eggs are cheaper, but ok.

We reuse plastic eggs, both for baskets and for hunting. I've never in my life, even in childhood (I'm 45), used real eggs.

A few years when the kids were small we dyed eggs.

Isn't the care of chickens more expensive? What if they get bird flu?

We live in the Netherlands and our neighbors just gave us a dozen marbled/dyed Easter eggs. My husband's first thought after they left was "imagine how much this is worth back home!"

Crazy times
