What does "BX" mean? My child is enrolled in Hon NSL Govt A (SOC2004A) and Hon NSL Govt BX (SOC2004BX) for next year. I've figured out that the B is second semester, but what is the X designation? I thought maybe it was because he has a IEP so maybe it means that he's in a supported or co-taught class, but then why wouldn't he be in NSL Govt AX for semester 1.

X is for eXam. Those classes have EoC’s (end of course exams), the MCAP.

Supported classes have a different section code that doesn’t appear on the transcript.
