How do I resist the urge to stand up for people

Anonymous
Who have never stood up for me?

I think it’s my sense of right or wrong that kicks in. How do I suppress it?

Walk away? I don't know. If you're the type that wants to stand up for what's right, I don't see why it's transactional.

This is too vague.

It'll take time. Just don't do it. You have to train yourself not to say anything and prevent yourself from getting involved. Physically walk away.

Super vague, sounds dramatic, and too many people. I can't name one who should have stood up to for me.
I've been abused and taken advantage of left and right, but I just kept going.
Not only did I go on to do extremely well, but karma got most of the bad guys.

I remind myself to mimd my own business or that what I have to say doesn't need to be said.

That's who you are, why change it for who they are?

Keep reminding yourself that they are not victims. They don't like advocating for others so they don't want you to advocate for them.
