Do you love your pediatrician? (gaithersburg/germantown area)

I am looking for a Peds doctor for my 2.5 year old. We have the Premera insurance.
Ideal Pediatric would be someone who is easy to talk, is willing to listen to ideas/suggestions, with lots of experience in child rearing both professionally and personally.

Yes, I recommended them on the Rockville thread, but the practice is in Germantown right next to the Shady Grove Emergency Center on Germantown Rd.

Takai, Hoover, Hsu, and Associates. They have separate sick and well waiting rooms, a great nurse advice line, respond to after hours calls quickly, have well-organized flu shot clinics, Saturday hours, and late hours a couple of days a week. Whenever my son is sick, I can get him in the same day. All the doctors there have children, I believe. Dr. Takai has grown children. My favorite doctors there are Dr. Hoover and Dr. Holstein. We've also had to be referred to a few specialists over the past few years, and their recommendations have been great.
