Are conspiracy theorists more likely to be fun and adventurous as people?

Is that the appeal of QAnon, antivax etc. They're always going on how much they "love freedom" more than everyone else and they believe in "living life." So does that mean they're more adventurous, more fun at parties etc.

You can't generalize that way.
Some are fun and intelligent people who are hyper aware of their surroundings and the world, more so than the average person, so they "seem" cooky and a "theorist", but that's just because they know more about a situation than normies.

Some are just plain coo-coo and act like it, hoarding, peering through windows, suspicious of every noise, constantly watching "news" etc.

Most are in between.

In reality, many "conspiracy theorists" are just "ahead of the curve" when it comes to knowing something.

Those who believe in conspiracy theories lack intellectual curiosity, they are too lazy to learn about things they don't understand, and are too arrogant to realize that they aren't that smart or well informed. Adventurous is the last thing they'd be because they can't imagine there's a world out there that is far larger than they can comprehend.

I had a friend who went down those rabbit holes and no, they weren't fun, that paranoia infected their entire life. It was all they talked about. They started hoarding canned food and guns. This was someone who was normal during college and we think some mental illness was involved.

Good Lord, no. The ones I know never do anything interesting. They live in the suburbs or exurbs, usually frugally, don't travel anywhere, are either unemployed or under-employed and spend their considerable free time going down rabbit holes on the internet, and getting excited over said rabbit holes with like-minded friends.

I used to have 2 in my family, now deceased because they refused to be vaccinated against Covid and died from it; and 1 at my kid's activity whom I talk to every week, just to plumb the depth of his madness.
