Help Me Speculate On Transfer Acceptances This Year?

I know you may be considering your acceptances for your graduating seniors or you have juniors about to embark on this harrowing journey, but I have a freshman who threw a few transfer apps out there this spring. I know grad students are seeing offers rescinded as a result of of funding being revoked. Thoughts on how transfers will be affected this spring? More transfer accepted? Fewer? Student is full pay. Schools are Brown, Penn and Dartmouth and Cornell. Historically low acceptance - single digits. We knew that going in. She was waitlisted at all of them last year so trying again this year. Currently at a T-30 and will be ok to stay if that's what happens. Just wondering if volatility of this year meaningful at all.
