GLP-1 shipping time. Is this a concern?

My first shipment shipped yesterday (Wednesday) evening, via UPS. It says 2nd day air, but the delivery date shows Monday afternoon. It's been picked up by the UPS but the 2nd day air refers to weekdays. Will it be warm and thus ineffective?

| Mine is always shipped with ice packs etc. even when it has been delayed it has still come very cold. |
