When spouse comes back I delete it, and everything goes back to normal.

Can this be justified if I don’t have sex in 5+ years?

You made an ethical, legal, social and possibly religious contract to be faithful. You are committing fraud. If you are unhappy, divorce. If you don't want to choose divorce for whatever reason then you should control yourself and live faithfully.
