ASL Teacher at Churchill HS? Feedback

We are a couple of years away before HS but wanted to look ahead at the Foreign Language options for DD. Our home school is slotted under the Churchill pyramid. Wondering how the ASL teacher is like at Churchill as I assume there is likely only one teacher for this class, unlike Spanish or French? How did your child find the class? How was the homework, group work, in-class assignments, etc? Did the teacher keep it interesting, or was it mostly rote recalls?

I don’t understand why you are researching this years ahead of time. There’s no way to know if he will still be there ow what language your child will even be interested in. That said, my child has really enjoyed it and had minimal homework. He seems engaged and is in ASL3.
