Are they really this low in calories? I also heard that even though theoritically low in calories some peoples weight loss stalled on them? anyone eat them daily ? how did they work out for your macros and weight thanks! |
They taste like @ss. Seriously. I threw them out. |
they taste like cardboard. Really really bad. I prefer the 2 ingredient ones with yogurt and flour. higher calorie than royo but I will actually eat them. |
They are nasty. I got caught up with the ads and regretted it at the first taste. |
I don’t understand the great reviews at all. They have got to be paid for. It tastes so bad I have no idea how someone could think they are as delicious as the reviews make them sound. |
I actually like the bread! Agree that the bagels are not great. Rolls are ok. |
Bagels were gross. I liked the challah rolls though… |
It's bread. Unless you are very athletic or young and thin, you don't really need to be eating much bread at all. |
newsflash: Many people LIKE to eat bread. Nobody asked if we needed it to survive. Go take a walk and tone down your jerkiness. |
That's not a newsflash. That's a big part of why so many people are overweight and morbidly obese these days. Too much junk food and too little exercise. |
obviously you missed the sarcasm. Not surprised. Yeah lots of morbidly obese people in France where they eat bread every single day. Bread is not the reason for this problem, over indulgence is. And why did you even comment if you didn’t want to answer the OPs question and just add your judgment? You sound miserable. |
France is experiencing an obesity epidemic, you are right. It's the western diet overall that's doing it with lack of exercise. But YDY if you like bread. ![]() |
It's like all the people who guzzle Diet Coke all day. It tastes terrible but they can't not have soda. |
Bagels taste like air. Tried two. Threw out remainder. |
PP poster. Bagels taste like air. But caffeine free Diet Coke is a long-standing favorite of mine. |
