AAP Oversight Process

Does anyone know what the AAP oversight process. AART told me DD’s AAP file is going through the oversight process because they missed adding something to her package in the original submission.
Does this mean they were in the rejection pool and getting looked at again? Does this improve her chances or make no difference usually? |
