Summer evening activities

My restless, always-on-the-go kid is interested in in-person summer evening activities. Ideally these would be dance, theater (especially musical theater), or debate. I'm having trouble finding stuff, since most places are focused on daytime summer camps. Any suggestions? For rising 5th grade. I'm pretty open on location, but ideally DC, Fairfax, Arlington or Montgomery County.

Arlington and Fairfax counties host a lot of evening activities, mostly outdoor concerts, but also park events. All events posted on county website calendars.
