Megyn Kelly on The Daily

Like a perfect illustration of what is wrong with the Left these days, the woman interviewing Megyn gave very little pushback. The Right talks confidently and fast, and the counterbalance is not there.

I’ve heard many good interviews on The Daily- this was weak sauce.

I would say (don’t throw anything) M Kelly and even Frank Lutz… are sort of in the reasonable side now. M kelly is not * all * bad at all I listen a lot and I am pretty tolerant of opposing views

I like Megyn Kelly.

Plus she is very reasonable. Don’t forget she is a “never trumper.” Thr Don said terrible things about Megyn.

She’s a never Trumper who endorsed Trump for President at one of his last big campaign rallies in 2024, and says she supports him now.

So that’s great about her being a Never Trumper.

Her two big issues are the Southern border (do you like how Trump is rounding up even legal immigrants?) and wokeism.

I didn’t listen to the whole episode but in the part I heard Kelly sounded catty and not smart. She said considered staying quiet about Roger Ailes bc she didn’t like Gretchen Carlson? Doesn’t seem like a decent person.

She's not a never trumper. A never trumper means you are a conservative who has quite literally never voted for Trump, a la the Lincoln project guys. George Conway isn't even a never trumper because he was all in in 2016.

Megyn openly campaigned for him in 2024. Not a never trumper. Just trumper.

Megyn is a terrible person. I miss the old MK from her Fox News days where she would push back on people and said journalists shouldn't share their political views. (I agree.) Now she has a podcast where she goes on screaming rants about random shit.

She is truly unwell.

I like Kelly. Never liked Gretchen Carlson. Watched her from time to time on Fox and she ALWAYS brought up having been Miss America.

But, the main reason I don't like her is that she waited until she was fired to voice complaints about Ailes. I believe her, but, it must not have bothered her too much. These events happened long before she was fired and she uttered no complaints.

Then, she presents herself as "me too."
