Audi of Arlington Yelp reviews

I am having a nightmare getting my car repaired by Audi of Arlington. Usually I'm a chill person but they have really tested my patience. I thought about writing a review on Yelp detailing my terrible experience with Audi of Arlington. When you go to the dealership's page on yelp and sort the reviews by date you'll see that all the recent reviews are 1 star and most people start out their reviews by saying "I wish I could give zero stars".

After reading the reviews I'm going to take my car from Arlington over to Tysons and see if they can fix it there. But I wanted to share with the community here to avoid Audi of Arlington. I'm clearly not the only one who is absolutely stunned at their dishonesty and incompetence given all the recent negative reviews.

No experience with their service center but their CPOs are also priced a good $10k over comparable ones at Tysons and Rockville.

We had the worst experience when we went to buy a car there, ended up in Rockville.

Anyway,,we go to Tysons for service. Ask to work with Lesly. She is my go to and amazing. Make an apportionment online and request a car (those appointments go first).
