Speed & Agility Training

Does anyone have a recommendation for a speed and agility coach to work with a girls HS player to increase burst and top-level speed? Does not need to include additional soccer training. Someone in the McLean/Arlington area preferred.

Peak Performance Training - Sean is great. They do outdoor in the McLean area (Lewinsville?) and have an indoor facility in Merrifield.

My son trained with him (in a group of at least 10 boys and girls) and the training was great. If you are worried, stay around.
