Trump Admin Disbands Two Committees on Economic Statistics

Trump disbands 2 committees that advise the Labor Dept on official Economic statistics. They hit the Technical Advisory Cmte and the Data User Advisory Committee, both of which bring economists and statisticians together to advise the Bureau of Labor Statistics. The BLS tracks the labor market.

They claimed DOGE, but the Committee members don't get paid, so the costs were minimum.

Two other Committees - the Federal Economic Statistics Advisory Cmte and the Bureau of Economic Analysis Advisory Cmtes were also disbanded.

They are going to ruin the economy but will be able to lie about it b/c they are no longer tracking and statistics.

What actual facts/statistics? The govt Bureau of Labor Statistics numbers you democrats overestimate and publish on purpose as " good news", only to revise the numbers by gigantic amounts months later when no one is watching?

You’re 100% wrong. BLS doesn’t fake numbers, period. They take great pride in not being political. They do not say the glass is half full or have empty; they say an 8 ounce glass has 4 ounces of water. They explain why they revise numbers and have always done this. Just because you are unethical at your job doesn’t mean BLS is!

Ha no way. An actual economist reviewed shadowstats and found that the average 8th grader knew more math than they did given the amount of errors involved in their numbers. But keep on with your tinfoil hat and the fake statistics that our government produces.
