walking path in Annapolis?

I'm meeting a friend for breakfast in Annapolis, where she'll be attending a conference. I've only been there a couple of times and would like to go for a walk after that -- maybe for an hour or so before heading home. Can anyone recommend a walking path or route -- maybe along the water?

| The B&A trail is a few miles away but a great place to walk. If you are looking downtown, you can walk through the Naval Academy grounds, along the water, cross the bridge to Eastport, and walk back. |

| Second Quiet Waters park (10-15 minutes from downtown) or the Academy grounds (Gate 1 is right next to downtown, you will need an ID and go through security to get in) |
