Word is, the Trump administration is getting ready to fire most of the scientists and researchers at EPA involved in assessing harmful impacts of chemicals on human health and the environment.

https://www.scientificamerican.com/article/trumps-epa-plans-to-gut-research-what-that-means-for-clean-air-and-water/

That means more harmful pollution, more carcinogens, endocrine disruptors, PFAS and forever chemicals, more microplastics, it means air, land and water will become more polluted and harder to clean up in the future. We will be poisoning future generations.

And for what, so that some greedy billionaire industrialists can buy that second yacht with a helipad.

Not wanting microplastics in my food isn’t “hurt feelings”.

You’re welcome to eat toxic waste if it makes you feel better.

Just a matter of time before deranged RFK Jr's zombie brainworm starts touting microplastics and PFAS as "healthy food additives."

Unless we turn this crap around we are doomed.

I thought Kennedy was all for getting chemicals out of food? Just kidding, they’re all a bunch of liars and frauds.

The obvious discrepancy between the MAHA spoken platform and the actual actions of the Trump administration is so obvious and llpalpable. I really wish major news would post more articles holding them accountable for this blatant hypocrisy.

But they are all patting themselves on the back over the red dye ban while they eat and drink contaminated food and water full of PFAs and other chemicals.

There was just a big "ta da" article over heavy metals and contaminants such as lead and arsenic n infant formula mixes. Of interest, the levels were all below regulatory limita including European limits. But we could all agree that there are no safe amounts of lead. Well, guess how it gets into our food? Mostly from food grown in soil where it is naturally occurring, but levels become higher in soil adjacent to things like fracking (oh shhh, it is safe according to MAGA!) and factory waste, runoff (well I am sure deregulation at EPA will help, right? Oh wait.....)

Yes it was his thing, these functions likely will fall under HHS.

Speak for yourself, not MAHA.

Get the freggin garbage out of the cafeterias and make food healthy again! Children getting involved with growing food is a fabulous thing, either at school or in their own back/ front yards. Local communities need to come together to maintain the gardens when the school children aren’t there.

What do you say?

Great! So you are going to lobby your politicians to finally get legislation enacted to remove PFAS from our drinking water, environment, food contamination?

Indeed! Already am. You?
Don’t forget the poisons in the pajamas and school uniforms of children. Demand action.

Let's see now. There's many citations of microplastics being found in our bodies.

How long has the EPA been in existence?

Has the EPA been collecting a pay check? Well then, why are you telling us we need them.

Doesn't look like they're effective.
