Second snow makeup day announcement?

| Has there been an official announcement yet about the school year? I heard a rumor that the state waiver was denied so they will have to make up a second day-- does anyone know if that is true and if they have picked a day? The website still has Monday June 16th as the last day of school. |

No, was saying we need one more snow day. Please let it snow on April 1. We didn't get that last snow day in late Feb as some models had predicted. Happy Spring! |

We are paying attention. Either way MCPS needs to add a day somewhere. Delaying the communications of that decision because some unlikely April snowstorm would require MCPS to add a second day is silly. |

Why would that mean 2 days? THey ad the same days no matter what. Every day off from now on will mean adding another day. |
