Renting extra bedrooms to travel nurses. My good friend made good money doing this a few years ago.

Reselling online. I've been doing it since 2019. I make an extra $300-500 each month. Some months, like around Christmas, are much better. Other months are leaner, like January & February.

I also create digital art designs and sell them on Redbubble. That's a great one because once you upload the image, you're done. The customer picks what type of products they want the design on (sticker, notebook, bag, etc) and Redbubble does the rest. You don't even have to be super artsy, either. I'm not. I use Procreate and Canva on my iPad. I've done this since I was in my early 20s. I don't make a ton, but it's pretty steady for an extra $100 each month.

That’s fantastic! Can you share more about this and any tips for starting?

Freelance writing/editing.

You have to accept pennies for a while but as you build your clips and relationships, you can charge quite a bit.

What do you resell? Facebook marketplace furniture?

Buying good stocks at their lows and selling high.
If I were handy, I would refurbish wood furniture.

Tends to be a lot more work than it is worth unless you really enjoy it. The DIY TikTok'rs make more from their SM than they do from actually flipping the furniture.

I have a 3d printer and print/sell stuff on Etsy. It’s good for the environment so I feel like I am contributing to a bigger cause by doing it. Selling all sorts of things, household items, puzzles, fidgets, phone docks etc
