I get so hungry and get caffeine headaches. I also have low energy and its hard to focus! |

This is good for you. Or drink your caffeine and eat high protein high fat meal before dawn? What are you having for breakfast? |
I slowly wean off my daily caffeine over the couple of weeks before Ramadan.
I also take a nap (WFH) in the afternoon, which you can also do in your car if in the office. |
Forgot to add: I’m an insomniac so I don’t fast on the days I don’t sleep well. |
