Balancing work and fasting in Ramadan

For those of you who are fasting, how are you managing work life?

I get so hungry and get caffeine headaches. I also have low energy and its hard to focus!

Or drink your caffeine and eat high protein high fat meal before dawn?

I slowly wean off my daily caffeine over the couple of weeks before Ramadan.
I also take a nap (WFH) in the afternoon, which you can also do in your car if in the office.

Forgot to add: I’m an insomniac so I don’t fast on the days I don’t sleep well.
