Alexandria Soccer Rec Team Assignment?

We're venturing into ASA for the first time this Spring. The website says we should hear about the team two weeks before the first game. We're slightly less than two weeks out now and still do not see a team in the app or website. Do they often take longer to assign or should I follow up? We registered in early February so before early bird was over.

I have received zero emails outside of their standard blasts about sign-up and camps, other than the registration confirmation. I'm just not sure what the norm is here, so happy to be patient if that's their norm, but I just want to make sure we weren't missed somewhere.
