If you would consider Tae Kwon Do, Sterners Academy in Herndon is awesome. My 3 year old is so into it and the instructors are wonderful.

Yes, my kidd also go to Sterner's TKD in herndon, its a great academy! the teachers are very professional, teach disclipline and a love for TKD.

Oh John Chung tae kwon do in Reston. The absolute best ever. My son (ahdd) had been with him 7 years now. They have small kids through adults. Run by husband (John Chung), world champion and his wife Yvette who is herself a fifth degree bb). Most wonderful safe and welcoming environment. You have to check it out. Located across from the barnes and noble/macaroni grill/ best buy in the bowman green office townhouses.
