I cannot get rid of it. I'm sure its intertrigo. And it smells.
I've treated with anti-fungal cream but I still have it. It's impossible to keep that area dry as I have large breasts that are pressed together when I wear any sports bra, which I must do as I teach fitness classes. I have been sleeping without a bra on (typically all I wore as I'm constantly hot because of menopause) but just wear a shirt now. Help! |
| What did you use? Have you tried Nystatin? I also have large breasts and had this happen last summer, Nystatin cleared it right up. |
| Try to get sunlight on it |

Dermatologist asap.
Put cloth between breasts squoze together in sports bra. |
| I would try the nystatin too. Also, you really need to that area dry. After a shower/workout, you need to hang out naked (holding your breasts apart until that area is dry. |
| See a doctor. Also, while I know a lot of people wear a bra several times before washing, I have realized I need to wash after every wear or I get a rash. |
Or blow dry. |
| What does it smell like? |
|
Nystatin.
But also, before I knew that existed, I had success with regular use of witch hazel to clean area first, then once dry, monistat chafing relief gel. |
I’m using butenafine. I’ll look for nystatin |
I’d have to lay out top less! |
Oh I absolutely wash every time I wear. I’ll try to dry more. |
| Really good advice thanks. |

Sleep without a bra.
Antifungal powder in between and under breasts before bed. Use a blow-dryer on low in between and under your breasts after showering. Put a large piece of gauze in between your breasts and after your rash clears up start spraying regular antiperspirant in between and under your breasts after every shower. Not sweating in those areas prevents the rash. Wear a clean bra every day. Do this now because it'll only get worse once the warm weather comes. |
