Looking for recommendations for restaurants with good food and lots of GF options. This is for a business lunch (colleague's retirement), so can't be a dive, and said colleague is not an adventurous eater, so your standard Asian fare is out. I'm thinking either American or Italian, although something inoffensive like Greek might work, too.

Just GF or celiac level GF?
For celiac, there are some websites you can search where people discuss cross contamination problems and where to go: https://www.findmeglutenfree.com/ |
| Forgot to mention that restaurants off 495/66 are probably best for ease of access. |
| Just pick any steak house from a hat. |

Too many vegetarians for that! |
Too casual |
Then pick one that serves pasta and salad. It’s much harder to please a GF person than a vegetarian. They can fill up on bread and be fine. |
| Is the retiring colleague GF? Pick something he or she likes, everyone else will work around it. |
| Nostos is what you are looking for. |

| None that I think of can meet your criteria, OP. Maybe a Korean or Indian place. |
| As a parent of a kid with celiac, restaurants are a constant struggle. Not sure where you are but Burtons in Springfield has a very complete GF menu. Apparently the founder of this chain created Burtons because his wife is celiac. We know our kid can eat safely there. |
| I have never been - so not sure if it is good for business lunches, but busboy and poets has both vegetarian and gluten free options and several locations. I was looking at it as an option to meet a friend who is gluten free. |
