| MN has been at MYS for less than a year. He was previously at VYS. He currently coaches MYS top teams for 2014 (very good, but not like 2013 good) and 2015 (less good). |

| This was discussed at the town hall. They are not announcing two of the coaches because they are currently coaching at other clubs and don't want to destabilize those teams. |

| I would venture to guess that it is an open secret with those looking at MYS and with those coaches' current clubs/teams. We are not involved in the process but have heard specific and consistent rumors about the TBAs. |
