Karoline Leavitt doesn’t know what a tariff is

The AP reporter contradicted Karoline Leavitt’s (entirely incorrect) explanation of what a tariff is and who gets hurt by them and Karoline gets snarly and complains that the AP is trying to test her knowledge of economics. She is so embarrassingly ignorant but I guess she got where she is today but never admitting mistakes ever. Just like trump.

The Trump administration is still trying to convince Americans that tariffs will save the economy, even as the stock market hemorrhages cash.

White House press secretary Karoline Leavitt got into a heated back-and-forth with an Associated Press reporter on Tuesday, in which she revealed that she really doesn’t understand how tariffs affect consumers—or at least is totally willing to lie about it.

In retrospect, I like Sanders a whole lot more. Leavitt is overly combative, dumb as a rock, and simply repeats disinformation talking points. She's the worst of what that role is supposed to be.

Sarah Huckabee Sanders was much smarter than Karoline Leavitt, which made things much more awkward for her (Sanders). Leavitt is super confident and not sharp enough to notice her own weaknesses.
