| Event starts tomorrow and seeing some of the fast runners from Robinson, West Springfield, Woodson are on the list. Good luck to all the runners on this national stage. |
| Some fast runners in this set!! |
|
Saw St. John's win the 4x800, and West Springfield girls running in the 4x800. And Sebi Hume of St. Albans in the Championship 5000. And Abigail Anstett (sp?) of Visitation in the girls Championship 5000.
Impressive. |

| Nike is this weekend too. What’s the difference in meets? |
My understanding is that the standards for NB are a little faster than Nike, and Nike standards are faster than Adidas (next weekend). The DMV has some strong runners competing at those National events, too. It’s exciting! |
| South Lakes at the Nike Nationals looking strong. |
|
NB is definitely the biggest. South Lakes does Nike because their coach is a Nike Ambassador. All are good meets!
|
| Robinson and West Springfield had good relay performance. Looks like sophomores from both Woodson and Robinson had some good placement in the individual events. All around great times from NoVA schools. |
I saw them run the 4 by 800 last night! |
| Damn they strong dough |
They have some fast kids (boys and girls). Very well trained at that school. |
| Nike results have ‘all American’ designations. What does that mean? |
It means they are the best of the best -- typically awarded to top performers at a National event. |
| NB has all American too- if you finish in top 6 you get the title |
