| My 3 year old daughter has a small pimple right on her lip line. I asked her if it hurt, and she said no. I am worried it might be a cold sore. But wouldn't that hurt? I've just never seen a pimple right on the lip line like that. |
| Little kids can have a full range of skin eruptions! It could be anything, likely including a little pimply blockage from lip moisturizer or oily food. |

| OP here. That's what it looks like, a little whitehead that's has now disappeared. She had baby acne when born, but since then her face has been clear. It just surprised me. She has relatives and one day care teacher who get occasional cold sores. Everyone is careful not to kiss her when they have break outs, but reading that other herpes thread about passing it along when there are no symptoms freaked me out a little. |
