Why today are U.S. flags at half-staff at some government buildings in Washington DC?

No that was Al Green who’s also elderly and Black and repressing Texas. Rep. Sylvester Turner died, he was the longtime mayor of Houston who just got elected to Congress. |

Congressman Turner had cancer and declared he was cancer-free in 2022. |
