| coming from MD which doesn’t sell it and have recently seen some tjs wine I want to try. |
|
Oh lawd. Maryland drivers + Trader Joe's parking lots = match made in hell.
|
| It doesn’t really matter OP for TJs. |
| They are all the same. Which is closest to you? |
| They are all the same and the wine is generally bad. |
i’ve seen a couple reviewed recently that were supposed to be very good |
VA drivers really aren’t any better. |
|
I’ve heard/read news stories where people did blind tastings of wine, and it was interesting to see how frequently people actually preferred the less expensive wines. I would not automatically pooh pooh TJ’s wines without giving them a try first.

Yes but they felt like death the next day. |
"Good" for 20-somethings on a budget, yes. |
I flew business class, and sometimes first class, internationally for twenty years. I have enjoyed some very nice wines in those 14-hour flights. TJs has some reasonably inexpensive offerings that are surprisingly competitive - at least to my inexpert but enthusiastic palette. |
Haha, I can personally testify that that is not true.
Why do you care if other people enjoy less expensive wines? Does it affect you or your bottom line in any way? |
Because it’s the same vibe as someone who’s virtue signaling, but in this case they want to flex about how established their palate is for a cheap wine lol |
So go on enjoying more expensive wines. No one cares how you spend your money, not sure why you care so much about people spending less and saving money. |
Or 50-somethings on a budget. |
