I am a mom of 4 week old baby boy. I just want some advice about what kind of activity I can do or I should do with the baby.

I also seek another advice. After the baby vomit should I feed him again or wait until the next feeding time.

Thanks

For a 4 week old - feed him when he acts hungry. If he eats a full meal, spits up a bit but doesn't seem hungry, don't force any food on him. IF he spits up a ton and starts rooting around for food, feed him.

Some amount of spit up is totally normal for babies. If he seems to arch his back and pull away while feeding, he may have reflux.

First, you should feed the baby whenever he is hungry. If he is hungry after throwing up, then eed him, but if he isn't, don't force it.

Babies that little don't need activity. Just talk with him, sing to him, make eye contact and hold him a lot.
