Is anyone trying to submit a second round appeal for Magnet High?

I'm trying to fill out the online form to submit an appeal, but I keep getting stuck at the part where I have to enter the student ID.
The ID is correct, but it keeps telling me to enter a valid ID.
I need to finish the form by Friday, but it's not working. I'm getting anxious. My son keeps pressuring me
I'm wondering if you all had any issues with the appeal form. Also, what should I do?
