ISO: Advice on this afternoon's Thunderstorm/ Weather forecasting webpages

I'm trying to look through weather forecasts to decide whether to miss an important doctor's appointment this afternoon. Any suggestions on sites that go into more depth than the basics would be helpful. I used to know a few a long time ago and don't remember the names anymore.

Many nws offices received termination notices so they are not able to forecast in depth, and some offices are closing entirely.

I’m about to go take my very active dog for a walk. If I don’t he’ll be a nutcase the rest of the day.

Wind gusts up to 50mph. That's OK for a car, bus or normal person to walk. Bring your raincoat or umbrella.

My northern breed sled dog goes absolutely bonkers anytime there's wind. All the smells just shoot right up his brain, I guess! These are the times I need to be careful of him dislocating my shoulder.
