Which Chinese restaurant has the best vegetables?

Looking for simple but excellent stir fried pea shoots, Chinese broccoli, bok choy, etc. MD preferred. Thanks!

We cannot find a really good Chinese restaurant locally. There are some good Dim Sum places in Vancouver though.

Rockville has some great spots. I lean toward the spicy noodle soups with greens and bok choy.

I heard there is good Chinese food in China too. That's probably equally helpful to OP.

Shanghai bob's has a decent selection of veggies, but it's not always on the menu. You have to call and ask because it's sort of seasonal or depending on what they stocked.

But for Chinese veggies, just make your own. Go to Great Wall, Lotte, Ranch 99, NY Market and buy them. Then heat up oil, put in lots of garlic slices, stir fry, add some oyster sauce at the end. Insanely easy to cook and you can control the oil. ALL the restaurant stir fry veggies are way too greasy.

Just request little oil. I do it all the time at Far East. Yes, you can do your own but the washing and drying is time consuming, in addition to the clean up.

When I used to go with Chinese friends we always get great veggies that are not on the menu. They moved away and when I've tried to ask without them there I get blank stares.
