DC Bilingual cutoff age question

Hello, does anyone know if DC Bilingual has a cutoff age for the dual language program for non-Spanish dominant kids? I know its 1st grade for a lot of DCPS programs but I can't find any information on DC Bilingual. My daughter is going into 3rd grade next year.

Because it's a charter, it doesn't have the dominant/not dominant distinction. If you have it as an option in myschooldc, that means they are taking applicants for your grade level.
