I think it changes since last year with the team names. They don’t call it by colors anymore.

It still goes by color levels (for the older groups, at least)

Yes, as with most clubs with too many teams, those lower level teams, just so parents and kids can claim they "play travel," are purely revenue teams

I think you mean the 2011s at Arlington are solid at every level so 2011 Red could compete in ECNL NL and 2011 White could compete in ECNL RL etc etc.
